String Quartet

A String Quartet (2 violins, viola and cello) is our most popular group. Although it is the most expensive (with four players), it has the fullest sound and the largest repertoire.

Mozart, Haydn, Schubert and Beethoven wrote some of their greatest music for this combination of instruments. The classic look and sound of this group is always in demand.

The recordings on the right of this page were recorded with a String Quartet.

String Trio

A String Trio (2 violins and a cello) is a cost effective option, being cheaper than a quartet whilst sounding very similar. Although the repertoire is not as extensive as a quartet, many famous composers wrote music for this combination.

String Duo

A duo will add flair to any event. Choose from two violins, a violin and cello, or a violin and guitar.
